Renewal members

December & January we received square notifications of member payment and also notification of cancellation. Where on JotForm is the current list of SEA’s members and how can I make send a thank you automatically ?

Hi,

You will be able to view the submissions of your membership form on Jotform Tables. It is where all submissions data are stored in excel format. You can get the list of the emails of your new members.

In regards to sending thank you emails to your new members, you may need to use your email provider since Jotform only supports sending automated Notifications and Autoresponder emails associated with a form.

2 new recurring memberships were paid but I don’t see names. Michelle Walsh and Meghan Huntley.

Payments processed with JotForm will automatically sync with your Square account.
You'll be able to locate your payment history in the Transactions section of your online Square Dashboard.

Hello,

We're unsure as to what particular fields in your form are the member renewals connected to but if you are referring to the Date of Application, you can go to your form Tables (https://www.jotform.com/tables/201734243620041) and look for the Date of Application column. Just click the downward arrow beside it and you can sort the list either in ascending or descending order to see which are the most recent applications.

If this is not the particular field you are looking for to determine the recent member renewals, just go to the correct form's table, locate the field/column for the member renewals (I'm assuming this would be a date field), and follow the same steps I mentioned above. This should sort the dates either from the oldest or the most recent date
