3D Authentication Issues with PayPal Business

    I have a PayPal Business Account. I keep getting this error when trying to checkout with the "Debit or Credit Card" option of the PayPal Business element: 3D authentication hasn't confirmed. Is there any way to resolve this so that visitors to my form can use their debit or credit card to checkout and make a payment?

    Hey there,

    3D authentication means that after you submit the purchase, there's an extra authorization process through the bank

    Here's some more info on that


    This could be something with either our back-end or Paypal's so just in case, have a look at Paypal's website, there should be an option to enable 3D, and if it's not there, please let us know

    Also please consider switching to Paypal checkout for a quick fix.
