Hi,
In our Register Form, the email submissions show up incorrectly. For example, the first box is Name. That one shows up as "name" in the email. The next box is labeled, "your total wax pass sales," but in the email, it shows up as, "type a question." Most of them show up as "type a question." How do we fix this?

Hi there,
Please know that this is because it's how your email notification was set up. However, you can change them in your Form Settings and Save it.
I've cloned your form and changed one of the Type a question to Your total wax pass sales: and this is how it looks like in the email:
