I am unable to replicate this issue on my end. Please try to clear your form cache and try to load your form again.

Still same result after clearing form cache. The multiple button instances do not show up on the live form after submission, only in the design view.
I am using Google Chrome browser.

Hi there,
I was able to replicate the issue after cloning your form. You need to simply delete the text as you normally would and it should delete the extra buttons as well.
