Im having trouble imbedding my jotform. It doesnt come up as a form, just a link as per the generated link below.

    [embed]https://form.jotform.com/220081790340851form/220081790340851[/embed]

If i put the jotform link below straight into my wordpress page, it automatcally embed, but the form will not submit at the end.

    Thank you

    Hey Tim,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Based on my understanding, there is an issue embedding the form to your website, correct?

Please try embedding the form using the iFrame code.

Let us know if this doesn't resolve the issue.

    Hi There,

Unfortunately this doesnt appear to work. The iframe code that is copied just comes up, rather than the embedded form.

My site is a wordpress site. When I use the other options you have including the wordpress widget one, it comes up as 'embed failed' on my web page.

    Any more ideas?

    tim.

    Greetings Tim,

Could you share the screenshot of the error?

Have you followed the following methods to embed the form on the WordPress website:

We are waiting for your response.

Ive tried the iframe method but it comes up just as a basic link.

When I use the jotform generated wordpress embed code, the fail happens. I have taken a screen shot for you.

If I simply paste the link for the form onto my page, it actually automaticaly embeds, but the submit button doesnt work - it just gets stuck and wont go any further.

Your help would be much appreciated.

    Tim.

    Hi Tim,

We are unable to see your screenshot. Please open this thread and upload it.

Also, please share the webpage URL.

You can also try to embed the form with the embed form plugin.

I have used your embed form plugin, and this also comes up with the error. Please see the screen shot below.

I will send the URL in a follow up

Here is the URL of the page where I have tried embedding the jotform. As I have mentioned I have tried using iframe, your wordpress plugin. It comes up as embed failed, and on the published site you can see at the bottom of this page that it is simply the html link.

Based on the screenshot you provided I see that the form URL is incorrect. The URL of your form is https://form.jotform.com/220081790340851, not https://form.jotform.com/220081790340851form/220081790340851. Please fix the URL and try again.

You can also try by following steps from this guide: Adding Forms to WordPress.org Version

In step 2, you can also try using iFrame code instead of the script code.

The URL I have used is the one that jotform generates. Please see screenshot below: 1641816909 61dc234da07e0 embedcode Screenshot 10

I have tried as per your suggestion to remove the error at the end of the jotform generated URL.

The form embeds, but I have the same problem that I had at the beginning. Which is that the form appears, and I can fill it out. But when I hit the submit button it gets frozen and just has 'please wait' and never actually submits. Please sees screenshot below:

Are you able to make a voice call to help me through this issue?

    Hi again,

Please use the iFrame code instead of the WordPress Embed code.

The iframe code will not work. It comes up as a URL link when I publish my page, rather than an embedded form. Please read through this thread if you can. I really need to get the form imbedded ASAP and have been trying for two days now.

    Hi again,

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered.

The iFrame code works on WordPress with no issues at all. The issue is you're not embedding it properly.

Kindly follow the guide below on how to embed iFrame code into WordPress.

    https://wpastra.com/embed-iframe-in-wordpress/

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thankyou! I was able to get this to work properly by choosing the 'custom html' block and pasting the iform coding there.

    Best regards

    Tim.
