Hello, i cant connect my Paypal account.
previously i made a form using the email laceputih@gmail.com and when i tried to connect to Paypal Business, it says Access Denied.
then, i deleted the account with that email and created a new Jotform account with the email faatinafiqah@gmail.com.
still, the problem keeps on happening. This is so frustrating.

Could you kindly try to connect via your web browser from PC instead? Please let us know how it goes, or whether the issue still persists even on PC.
