I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.
Do you mean to say the you are getting page not found error when you are trying to upgrade your account? I just tried clicked on the "Upgrade" button to upgrade my own account and I was unable to replicate the issue you are having. I would suggest you to please explain your problem a bit more in detail. It would be great if you could also share a screenshot of the problem and we will take a look.
