same form.

I tried all methods to no satisfaction

I am pleased to say I have solved the problem in so much as I created another page and then configured eah page to do what I

want.

I have tested both forms and they work

Creating two different form / page for PayPal and purchase order questions is the best way to achieve your requirement.
