Trying to edit/customize pdf and the editor is going crazy

I'm not sure how to detail what's going on as there seem to be so many things. The editor is just not functioning right now. Can you please help?

In the screen shots below, the modules are not showing the full text, even after I go through and fix them all, they all get messed up again. And, some of the question text is not showing up - even though I've checked the settings. Sometimes, if I navigate to another tab and then back some things fix themselves - ex: the question text reappears. This wasn't happening last night when I was editing, nor has it happened in a long time, but it has happened to me before. Can you tell me whats going on?

At the very bottom you can see a big blank space. This is actually a question with text that i cannot see

Is this happening when you access the account via a different browser? For now, please open your account via a different browser (i.e Safari or Chrome) or via the incognito mode of the browser to check if this is a browser-related issue.

If this is not happening on other browsers or in incognito mode, please delete the existing PDF document and create a new one. To do that, please see the demo below:
