Subscription Cancellation - Refund Request

    we had forms here and they are gone.

    Also if we cancel now do we get a credit on the account? A new board took over and didn't realize we were paying $10. a month for this.

    Your account currently shows 11 forms on your account. If you are having problems accessing the forms. Please try clearing your browser's cache and logging back in to your JotForm account.

    I have verified that a cancellation request has been made on your account. As the current status on your account shows:

    I will perform a refund request on your PayPal Account. Do allow 10 to 15 business days for this refund to be processed and reflected on your account.
