Not Receiving Notification Emails or Autoresponder Emails.

    In addition to the above issue, I have also found that this form is also not sending email notifications or autoresponder emails.

    Hi Zadro,

    I cloned and tested your form and was able to receive the Notification Email and the Autoresponder email.

    Please try clearing your form cache and see if this will help.

    I too have a form that does not send autoresponder emails.

    I have cleared cache

    I have deleted and made a new autoresponder

    I have changed my private form to public

    NOTHING IS WORKING

    Hi

    As suggested I have cleared the cache but this has not resolved the issue of not sending email notifications or autoresponder emails with is form. All other Jotforms forms are working.

    From within the email Inbox of this form, it shows that each time that the form is completed an email is generated. It appears that for some reason completing the form is not triggering an email to be sent.

    I have successfully emailed myself from within email Inbox in this form. So it has to be something to do the trigger when completing the form not sending emails.

    Mary I have just tested the form using your email and I should have also received a copy which I haven't.

    Did you get an email notification?

    Hi Zadro,

    Yes, I received the Autoresponder Email.

    I checked your form and can no longer find the Autoresponder Emails and the Notification Emails set up.

    Are you currently making some changes to your form?

    Hi Zadro,

    I apologize, this was a bug on my end.

    Yes, I was able to receive the Autoresponder email when I tested your form and when you tested your form using my email address. The notification emails are being sent to the email added to your notification email.

    Hi, we have the same issue, but intermittent, some emails are received, some are not. Very frustrating for users who have to ring and check that Timesheets have been submitted. What is the solution please?
