Order form template without payment processing

I have just started working with your service.  No form has been published yet.  Hopefully you can answer this general question.

I am working on the order form template.  I have figured out how to create a subtotal using quantity pricing.  This is for purchase order purchases (we have a shopping cart on another server for credit card transactions).  We would like a form that will create a price based on quantity and simply include that amount with the information sent to us (no payment needs to be processed).  It appears that PayPal information will be required to use this form.

Could I build an informational form and add the ability to create subtotals from a dropdown menu?

Hello Jim,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

You do not want to process the payments but just want to calculate the price based on the quantity selection of your payment question. Is that correct?

Instead of using a "PayPal" payment question, you can use the "Purchase Order" payment question which is under the "Payment Tools" tab. This will give you the same feature as you will have for other payment question but it will not process the payment:
