Disregard the question of which form is having the issue, I see you only have 1 form in your account, so I suppose that's the form with the issue.
Looking forward to hearing more from you about the problem you're experiencing with PayPal integration.

Well, for some reason it is now working. I left things alone waiting for your reply, and - to take the screenshots - I had to proceed with the process. Lo & behold, the (prior) unresponsive PayPal buttons came alive and I was able to send a test payment.
And the Thank you page popped up as well.
