I am not receiving the pdf and the attached pdf (Total 2 pdfs) in 4 of my forms. Please help me out.

No, the Auto responder email. I have selected the option to attach pdf but the respondent is not receiving the pdf but they are receiving the email. Please help out. This is happening only in these 4 forms. I have used the pdf editor in many forms but this is the first time this is happening to me.

Kindly note that if the attachment size is larger than 5MB in the email then the attachments will not be included in the emails.

What is the size of the attached file in your Autoresponder? If you believe that the total size of the uploaded files and the attachments is less than 5MB then kindly allow us to send a test submission on your form to check this further.
