Show section collapse depending on user answer

No. The patient just move on to the next section

Yes, this is very easily achievable using the Show/Hide Field conditions.

Here's how to achieve this:

• Add a Single Choice with your options and the Section Collapse element (both are available from the Basic Form Elements panel)
  
  
• Place whatever you wish to be hidden behind the Collapse after the Collapse
  
  
• To end the collapse (keep the remaining elements visible in the form), add another Section Collapse and set it up like this:
  
  
  
  
• Navigate to Settings, Conditions and add a new Show/Hide Field condition:
