Why can't I access form templates?

    Hi.

    Is there an issue with my account? I'm unable to create any new forms. I have the silver plan, why is it forcing me to upgrade my plan?

    Because your account is active and under its usage limits, I recommend trying logging out then back in.

    If the issue persists, please record a screenshot of the error and post it here.
