Hi, some users are reporting that they are not receiving the confirmation email. It begins today at morning. I would like to know if there is a problem from your side or something.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.Can I confirm if this is occurring on a specific form, or all of your forms?
I have cleared your form cache. May I ask you to remove the current confirmation email, create a new one, and make a test submission on your form to see if you would receive the new email?
