How to enroll into the Corona Responder Program?

Hello,

I am considering starting a paid Jotform plan and I am a healthcare worker impacted by covid19. Is there still the healthcare plan option to receive it at no cost or reduced fee? I would need hipaa compliance so would be looking at the Silver plan.
