Hyperlink or button?

Hello, my form asks the guest if they are a part of our referral program. I'd like them to have the option to choose "learn more" and be redirected to a new page on our company website explains what our referral program is. How do I add a special button or hyperlinked sections? Is there a fancier/more standout solution rather than hyperlinking "learn more here" text in a paragraph?
