    Email notifier is sending to an e-mail address that is not included in the recipient list

    Can someone look at my settings? The jotform is sending to an e-mail address that is not even part of the recipient list for form notifications.

    What is the email address that should not be receiving this form's notification?

    Those are the correct e-mail addresses. For some reason it is not sending to those three and instead is sending to mcohen@rutheckerdhall.net.

    Hello Matthew,

    I checked our server  logs against your email address - and I can confirm that the form 2014-15 Broadway Season Enrollment Form is sending emails to the address mcohen@rutheckerdhall.net , although the email is not included in the email notification settings:

    Your form must still be caching old settings - to clear your cache - please use this guide.

    If the problem still persists - please try deleting the email notification setting and creating a new one.

    Hi,
    I cleared my cache on form and browser still emailing to address not listing in notification settings. I need this resolved ASAP or else I am cancelling my annual membership.

    Thanks for the additional information.

    Could you please let us know if the submissions that are being sent to the wrong email address mcohen@rutheckerdhall.net are real submissions from your users or are tests that you have sent from the Compose Email wizard using the Test Email button?

    Please note that using the Test Email function will use the email associated to your account only, which in your cause it is mcohen@rutheckerdhall.net, the one where the emails are being sent.

    So, since the recipient settings of your Notifier are correct and the don't include the email mcohen@rutheckerdhall.net, then the only way how the notification emails can go to that email address is by using the Test Email function. Please correct me if my assumption is not correct.

    But if I am correct, then please try to test your Notifier by submitting the form in real time, just like a regular user. Then the notification will be sent to the recipients you have setup.
