User Name & Other Questions

    We recently upgraded out account to Silver. A staff member registered the account under their personal name and I need to change it to be listed under the Fruita Chamber instead of an individual name (Rick Voss) I was able to update everything aside from the user name (Rick_Voss) Can we please update our user name to be Fruita_Chamber instead?

    Also, we are trying to set up payment options (linked to Square) and want to allow for submission with or without payment. If the product is selected, but credit card info is not entered, the form will not submit. How can we update this? We would like to allow submission without payment in addition to submitting with a credit card.
