How to edit Daily Digest settings?

Asked by dmichaels on April 22, 2014 at 11:20 AM

How do we edit an existing Daily Digest?

How can we see what we already have set up?

I thought I had set up a few 2-3 days ago and since I haven't received anything after the initial "Test" email, I want to see what I really have set up.

    Thanks,

    David

    Hi,

When you sign up for Jotform Daily Digest Emails, you receive a Welcome email, it will contain a link to go to the settings of your integration so that you can view and change them:

If you deleted that email, then you will have to delete the app from the API section of your Account page and re-add it with the correct settings:

Please inform us if you need further assistance with this query.

    Thanks

Thanks. I found the e-mails and was able to verify what I'd set up. Now, my only problem is that earlier today, while mucking around, I accidentally setup a new daily digest for 9am - and I don't want that one, How do I cancel just one?

I have all of the "Test" emails.

    Thanks,

    David

As far as I know the only way to Edit it per say is to click on the " Edit " link which is included in the email sent to you as my colleague has shown you. Aside from that the only way that I know of right now to fix it would be to remove the digest by " deleting " the connection to it for your Account in your Authorized Apps List.

    Hi,

Every digest mail has an unsubscription link at the bottom. You can cancel it with that link.
