When I request a pdf of my submissions I always get the error message 404 file not found. I find this strange as you’ve generated the pdf? Help plea

    Hello there,

    Thanks for contacting Support!

    I understand it's a bummer if you're getting an error 404 file not found when you request for a PDF of your submissions.

    You should be able to download the submission files from your form as long as you were logged in to your account. However, If you want to download without being logged in to your account, you need to set first in your account privacy settings (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings)  the Required log-in option (as mentioned previously by another support).
