PDF and attachments not downloading from tables

    Hi,


    I chose to download my tables as PDF and also wanted to download the attachments of my forms. The email comes through with a zip file, but I do get a 404 error every time.

    Can you look into this please?

    Hello there,

    Thanks for bringing this up to our attention! I understand that you're getting an error 404 whenever you try to view/download attached pdf files.

    You should be able to download the submission files from your form as long as you were logged in to your account.

    If you want to download without being logged in to your account, you need to set first in your account privacy settings (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings)  the Required log-in option (as mentioned previously by another support).
