Can I personalize the form's url?

    2. Can I change the name, ie, to personalize it? Again, I did that under Embed Form (I think) but how do I list this info on my website or in an email?

    Hello Anna~

    Your process was right. 

    1. Embed form > 2. Custom Url > 3. insert the chosen name > 4. Copy the url:

    Now you can paste the url on your website or on your email.

    You should not have any difficulty with this, if it doesn't work please let us know more details (like the personalized url).
