    Please note that Jotform is a subscription based service. Once you upgrade your account, it remains active unless you cancel your subscription yourself. Please confirm if you want us to cancel your subscription and process refund for the last subscription payment, we will do the needful.

    If you want to receive an invoice and then pay, please send the PO to quotes@jotform.com, and then we will send an invoice associated with your PO along with the payment instructions.
