Form Over Quota Message

Hello,

We're now seeing a message that we are over our quota with regards to our form.  I see only about 42 submissions related to the form. What can I do to make sure people can continue submitting via this form?

I checked your form and you 16 SSL (secure) submissions out of the 10 monthly included in the free plan. I will reset your SSL counter to 0, but we can do this only once. To avoid future disabling of the form please use a non-secure version.
