The Preview mode in Jotform is not working for my form

I still can not get my form to work.

jotform preview window and I had it working before we upgrade are plan. I
need this form to work.
Yes PLEASE tell me what I need to do,

and NO the preview one works
I just made a new one from scratch.

I checked the form on your page and I can see it's working fine.

It does not freeze at all when I tried to fill the fields. Is this already resolved? Or was your new created form worked?
