Today, and without having made any changes to my forms, the Thank You page is different than the page in my settings, and none of the emails are being sent out.

The form is usually password protected, but I will remove that so you can investigate the problem.
Also, it appears that my other forms are not sending out the emails.
Please review ASAP.

Seems like this might be a problem with our hosted email server. They are posting a system problem with inbound/outbound messages; they are fixing that. In the meantime, some of our emails are slowly coming in. I don't know if that causes the wrong 'Thank You' page to appear, but it may explain the failed emails.

I have cloned the form and made a test submission but it is showing the correct thank you page as what is set on the form. I have cleared your form caches. Can you please try to clear your browser cache and cookies and then make a test submission?
Let us know if the issue still persists.
