I looked up your account details and found that your subscription is already cancelled. Since your billing date is on the 20th of each month, your account shall stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires. Cancelling your premium subscription will not affect your forms in any way. Your account's forms and data will remain intact and unaffected.
Do you still need any assistance with regards to this issue? Should I consider this support ticket as resolved? We will be awaiting your response. Thanks!

How do I verify I won't be charged again?

Since I did not find your subscription details in our credit card payment gateway, I assume that you paid for your subscription via Paypal.
You can confirm that your subscription has been cancelled by logging in to your Paypal account. Click on History, then click Subscriptions. It should show your subscription details to Jotform with status as "Cancelled".
