    So yesterday my daughter filled out an application for CSN High School, and we received an email from that listed the information on the application as well as links to uploaded files that were part of the application, however none of the links work, and only bring up an error screen.

    I have included one of the links, and a screenshot of the error screen. My concern is that the admissions department at CSN High School May run into the same issue, and the uploaded files are an important part of the application.

    The reason why you can't open the uploaded files on the form is that the form owner has set their privacy settings to require to be logged in to the Jotform account to view uploaded files. This means that only the form owner would be able to view the uploaded files on the account. They also have the control to let their users be able to view the uploaded files if they changed the privacy settings on their account.

    If you wish to be able to view the uploaded files, please get in touch with the form owner as they would help you check it or you can also advise them to disable their privacy settings to let other users view their uploaded submissions.
