Inbox: Documents uploaded not opening

    I have noticed on the EquipCare Invoices & Receipts portal that when I click on the document they have uploaded, it will not open anymore. You can download it but when you click on the document as shown below it says the document has "failed to upload". This is a recent issue as a week ago it was working just fine. Can we get this fixed asap?

    p.s. I have tried restarting and using another browser - still no change.

    I have cloned your form and tested it and I was able to replicate the issue.
