Hi,
I have a client for whom I am building a form (https://form.jotform.com/220066231725144). They are requesting to be able to see the form in its entirety when it's submitted to them, including all Headers and unfilled fields -- specifically "For Marina Use Only", "Slip Pricing", and "Annual Fees" - all of which they want to have printable on the returned forms for office use.
So in essence, they would like to see everything that's on the form when it is submitted to them. Is this even possible?
Thank you for your help,
~ Mike Knapp

Hello Mike,
There's two ways around this.
As they want a printable document, I would recommend enabling PDF Attachment under the Advanced settings of the email. Once it's activated, you can also open the PDF Editor from there to see the PDF.
From here you can make sure that the layout of the PDF is in line with what your client needs, and in the Layout Settings you can enable empty fields to show.
You can open the Layout Settings with this button in the top right:
And the untick "Hide empty form fields"
Here's an example from my copy of the form showing the default layout with empty fields enabled:
Another way would be to do all of this in the email itself. But you would have to manually add the "non-fields" like the header and logo.
Then in the Advanced settings for the email, you can disable this setting to make sure that the empty fields are included.
But I think the PDF would suit them better if they want to be able to print it easily.
Best regards,
