We have come across a couple small problems with functionality of our jot form when using an iPhone or iPad.
This problem appears to be when using Safari on an iDevice... but we have tested android and have had issues with the Chrome browser as well. The form works perfectly on desktops.
First problem, even when the question "how many borrowers" is answered 1, the second application form is still present on the application.
The second problem (and the one that is of greatest concern) is that when all the mandatory fields have been completed, the "Next step (2)" button does not go to the next page. It seems completely unresponsive.
Any guidence would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I do see that your form has been embedded to your site using the standard script embed method. Please re-embed the form utilizing the iFrame Embed Method instead. This should help your form avoid conflicts with other elements on your webpage.
