Greetings:
I have updated this in the edit form option, but when I try to select my new options, the old options that were predesigned are there and my options are not? What am I missing?

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.
I have made a clone of your form and tested the location field. I was not able to replicate the issue. The field options are showing the same when you open the form to test live.
Can you please send some screenshots of the issue you are facing?
