How can we add a card or field from one form to the other?

Yes, you can use field manager integration to copy fields into another form https://www.jotform.com/integrations/field-manager

You can go to https://fieldmanager.jotform.io/

On Next page click Open a form to Begin. On next select a form and click continue.

Now select form to which you want fields to be copied.

On next page, select field and click Arrow button to move fields to selected form.
