    We were using your product but have stopped using this for our site for about 8 months now. How can we cancel the account immediately? My CTO, Vishnu Nath (vishnu@letote.com) had set this up but he has since then left the company and therefore I'm contacting you.

     

    Please let us know how to take care of this ASAP.

    Hello Rakesh,

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have successfully cancelled your account subscription. You will not be billed again. Your account is scheduled to be downgraded on April 24, 2014.
