How to locate which IP address the edit came from?

    Hi Team,


    Our form is being used by more than 10 people around the globe by our employees. There have been a fraud inside our company and we are trying to locate from which IP address the edit from December 18 came from. Is this possible?

    Hi Yau_C,

    There is no submission number as we are trying to locate the person who intentionally deleted some of our field entries, leading to mess up our files including excel.

    This action was made on December 18 or 19, 2021 which is shown in my screenshot.

    On the other hand, here are the details you are requesting:

    As you have already highlighted in your screenshot, the person who edited on the 19th December 2021 is IreneA.

    Her IP address: 49.145.253.27

    This is helpful. We have pin-pointed the location. By any chance, can you determine if this is dynamic or static IP? I guess this is as far as we go, but if you have additional information, that will be really helpful.

    Hi again Yau_C,


    We all just got locked out from Jotfrom. We changed our password to protect ourselves but all got locked out leading for us not to be able to login.



    Says in the login area that login suspended. Some getting IP address block phishing.


    Please reactivate and have an explanation. THIS IS AN IMMEDIATE CONCERN.
