My form just disappeared and it won't show a backup

    I have checked your account, and you have 2 forms in your account. Are you unable to see them once you log into your Jotform account? Are you trying to view them from a browser or the Jotform app?

    I had worked about six hours on it yesterday and none of my work was saved. And I can’t find any of my data in the revisions page.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account and found that you have only edited one form on 01/11 i.e. "Price List + Order Form". The revision history shows several changes that were done yesterday. Please check the screenshot below:

    Do you mean to say that there were few more changes in the form which is not being displayed?

    Yes I had about 80 more entries done yesterday and they are not being displayed.

    Can you share a few more details about the "entries" you're referring to? Do you mean you have added 80 entries/products into the product list field?

    Or do you mean there were 80 changes/modifications made to the form itself?

    I did check your form and found that the "Product List" field has approx 99 products added. If you added the products in the product list, it will be saved. We did have a technical glitch for a very short period of time but it was resolved immediately by our backend team.

    If you are missing any products, I am afraid you will have to add the products again.
