Can't submit any support request during last 2 days! Does anyone else experience that ?

    There is no confirmation email back after request submission as well

    Hi there,

    Kindly note that there aren't any issues with the Support system. I am also not seeing any ticket from your account.

    Q) Did you create these tickets without logging in?

    Also, please check your Inbox's SPAM folder for these emails; sometimes, our emails land there.

    I was definitely logged in and SPAM folder is empty, there are other mails that recently went into SPAM but there is no any JotForms Support related one. So there is definitely an issue.

    I'm going to give it a try one more time, and will make it private support request. Please monitor it and let's proceed further there.
