Incomplete data on submissions

    Good Morning,


    I have received multiple order payments but I have not been receiving the submissions to tell me which pick up location has been chosen.

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    You must be referring to incomplete submissions specifically the "Choose Pickup Date and Location" field.

    I suggest that you make this field "required" so your form users won't be able to proceed in submitting the form without selecting an option.

    Thank you Nina. I will make that required, but I am not receiving any submissions at all even though multiple people have proceeded through and placed orders.

    Greetings!

    I checked your form and found out that you have Pending payments.

    Please enable your Paypal IPN. Check our Paypal FAQ page to learn on how to enable IPN in your Paypal account Paypal Incomplete Payments FAQ.

    So, if you received the payments, you can simply mark pending payments as complete in the incomplete payments wizard. Otherwise, if you have not received any payments, you can delete them if you want.
