Email addresses to receive emails

I want to include multiple recipient emails and cc: to an email notification based on the form responses.

How do I do this?

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.

To receive email on multiple email addresses based on the form responses you will need to add multiple Notification Emails and apply Conditions.

Here's a guide on how you can implement it.

• Go to Settings and select Emails from the left menu.
• Use the Add an email button to create multiple Notification Emails.

• Now go to Settings and add Conditions using the CHANGE E-MAIL RECIPIENT option.
• This will make sure to redirect the submission to an email address if a certain field is selected in the field.

• You can set the next email using the same procedure. Please remember to click on the Save button to save the settings.

I have four different email fields in the form that I want included in the email. How does this work because it is only showing me "{email}"?
