Is there a way to change these emails from jot form to my name so clients do clients won’t overlook the email ?

Do you mean to say that the Sender email address on the emails sent after approval/denial should be from your email address and not noreply@jotform.com?
If yes, you can setup your SMTP as sender email: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-how-to-setup-smtp-for-a-form/. That way your clients will get the email from your email address.
If you are referring to something else please let us know.

Can you please confirm if you didn't receive the email notification of my colleagues response? if so, kindly check your spam or junk folder.
If you're wanting to change the Sender Name, you can do that by going to Emails and select Recipient. You can then change the Sender Name to your name.

We're not entirely sure if we understand your concern in your last response. Do you mean that you are unable to view the forms on your account? If so, please check if it was accidentally added to your Archive.
If you mean the submission with pending approval, this can be found on your Jotform Table. If a submission is still pending, the Approval Status will show as Not Started just like what is shown below:
