Issues when receiving submitted forms - Missing form questions.

    Hi! When my form "New Business Registration" is submitted, it is not including the questions next to the answer like my other form do. I have looked all over and I can't seem to figure it out. How do I change that?

    Thanks for reaching out to us with your query. However could you please elaborate a bit more on details on the issue so we can understand it better and try to provide the solutions

    Like explain a bit more on this "It is not including the questions next to the answer like my other form does after submitting".

    It would be great if you share the screenshot of the e.g. and links of the form so we can go through with it.

    The first one is what I always get and the second one is the newest form. I hope this helps

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    This usually happens when you duplicate a form field several times as the form questions are also copied which reflects on the notification email. In order to fix this, simply delete the notification email you currently have on the new form then add it back again.

    The new notification email should automatically use the new form questions you have set for the duplicated fields.
