How do I embed my form properly in a Wordpress site?

My form is embedded on my website (wordpress platform). I followed all instructions and it appears to work. The payment portion works just fine, but the submit button is not. The form is never actually submitted. I'm not sure what the issue is as I tried editing the form by deleting the old submit button and adding a new one. Please advise.

    Thank you,

I assume you embedded the form following this guide Embed Form Plugin for Wordpress, which renders a javascript code automatically.

The problem I see is that your wordpress page also contains jquery codes that are in conflict with the javascript code rendered by the plugin.

Since this is a self hosted WordPress site, I think you can do this (it works in some cases, but it depends of the theme used)

At the "Add New Page/Post" page, click on "HTML or Text" tab above post textarea.

Paste the form iframe code into the HTML/Text area.

Please, try that out, and if the form is still not working, please feel free to ask for more help.
