How do I allow multiple ticket sales?

I have used the sell button to create a suite of tickets, but I can't figure out how to allow folks to buy more than 1 of each kind of ticket. Help? Is there a ticket template for that? You can see the problem in my forms "PreTour Tickets 2014" in JotForm.

I think you are probably referring to this form - http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41074632481956. You can allow a " Quantity " to be selected.
