I still received "Order Form" submitted by customer without entering their name, add and tel no. even though I have marked "Required" in those field

    You can check on my recent submission form on 30 July.  The quantity is 2, 2 & 10 (Total S$81).

    Hi Elizabeth,

    Thanks for your response. I went to the submissions page of your order forms (both the original and the clone) but did not find any entries dated 30 July. Also, all submissions have names, addresses, and phone numbers filled in by your customers. 

    The Contact Form did not require the Address field, hence it showed some blank address fields.

    There are 3 submission recently on the:

    29 July - yes I recd thru paypal payment (qty 1)

    30 July - yes I recd thru paypal payment (qty 1 + 1)

    30 July - No, I have not received but it was submitted thru Form attached at the bottom of my notes "Click Here".  You scroll down and click at that form.

    I have just forward that email "Submission Form" to you at jotform@jotform.com attention to allanftd. You look out for it.

    Go to "Buy Online" scrow right at the bottom, you see "Click Here" that is a separate manual form I have inserted.

    I test again to send to myself but it look ok now, I cannot submit without filling up the Required *. Can you do a test submission to me and see if you can submit without filling up the Required.

    Yes, I received one "New Submission Order Form" which stated "Undefined".  This could be the one that you submitted.  I should not be receiving any Order Form from you when you click "Submit, 
    if you did not enter your name, address and phone number.

    Name, email and phone number fields are properly filled in. Can you please confirm that you see the same?

    I see what you mean. No, users should not be able to submit their order without all of these information since these are all Required fields denoted by an asterisk (*).

    As long as there are incomplete fields, their form will not be submitted.
