    Hello Janine Garber,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform support!

How can you select a form response as an email to include? I want the recipient to be dynamic based on the form responses.

You can set the autoresponder email to be a field in your form.

Check out this page on how to send notifications to multiple recipients.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/39-send-notifications-to-multiple-recipients/

Note: For free accounts, there’s a limit of 1 email notification with 1 recipient email address.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

I am not sure that you are understanding JotForm's limitations.

I want to be able to send to two emails (which are form fields), plus include two other emails (two different form fields) in the same message. I want all of the recipients to know who received this message. I don't want them to get separate messages. HOWEVER, jot form seems to lack this functionality because the AutoResponder email only allows one email to be selected.

You sent me the link to able able to add multiple emails to a notification email; HOWEVER, jot form lacks the functionality to include form fields in the set up of this and makes me enter the same email address for every notification email.

It was also suggested that I use the functionality under the Conditions menu; HOWEVER, jot form doesn't seem to let me select the other form fields and only shows {email} as the option. I am not thinking that this will work.

You should be able to send the email autoresponder to multiple recipients using conditions. Here's an example of how to set it up: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3df6gwyqxmv76ph/yUNq5uz9WE.mp4?dl=0

Please try that on your form and make a test submission. This works fine on my forms.
