kenAsked on January 12, 2022 at 11:53 AMAlso on my one form, I have stripe linked to the bottom of it. I have successfully processed high amounts with stripe connected to Jotform and its worked flawlessly. But for a few months Id like to remove the option for people paying by credit card. When I disconnect stripe from the form, it still shows the option on the bottom to place the card info in; how do I manually remove that. It still shows even after stripe is removed as a payment option thanks so much for your time.

I have checked your form and it seems you have set your Stripe payment integration to test mode.
However, disconnecting your integration will not remove the credit card fields in your form.
To clarify, do you want your form respondents to still select the products but not fill the credit card field?
Looking forward to your response.

Hi Richie. Yeah I just want regular sign ups with the credit card field gone. Even when I disconnect stripe from Jotform, it automatically connects again and or still shows the credit card input area. How can I remove and add that at will. Thanks

Hello,
Thank you for the information.
To remove the credit card field on your form and keep the product list, you would need to change the payment integration from Stripe to Purchase order as the purchase order doesn't have any credit card fields on it. The Purchase Order field offers the same layout and does not require online payment.
First, you would need to remove the entire payment integration on your form, the current products will be saved.
Once deleted add the Purchase Order element to your form and it should restore all the products without the card fields.
I hope this helps.
Let us know if you have any questions

Thanks Harvey that is what I was originally going to do but I assumed it would delete that whole section of packages/ listings. I’ll give it a try thanks :)

Hi Ken, our apologies however, we don't recommend changing payment integrations as this may delete your previews submission data.
However, if you don't need your previews data you may follow my colleagues recommendation.
I suggest that you create a new form or clone your old form and use the purchase order integration.
To clone a form in your account, you may follow this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/27-how-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account/
You can then share the new form link to your form respondents if you don't want them to pay through credit card.

Ok Richie what about the ability to be able to do both; the client to be able to submit an order, purchase order and they then send me a check or pay via Apple Pay etc, Zelle, wire transfer (as any client would if the stripe integration wasn’t on there) OR the ability to pay a deposit or for their purchase via credit card. Right now if they want to pay other than the cc on the form I tell them to print the page and safe as pdf. Can you or I set it so they have either option on the bottom? Thanks

This can be done using multiple forms.
For a more detailed instruction on how to add Purchase Order and Payment Integration in one form, please refer to the provided guide.

A sample form is also available in the guide.
