Hello --- app to mac desktop

Hi there --- I have built apps and for the life of me cannot remmeber how I was able to add the app to my MacBook desktop with the icon,, etc?

I have it on my phone but how do I get it to be a app on my mac?

A pop-up message should appear asking you to add it to the HOME SCREEN when you access your App through the link from PUBLISH tab as shown below.
